dont get me wrong, i am not saying "those guys dont do anything and they dont care to", but since it as a known fact for a few days that there are huge problems with the toolset and it doesnt even work to install it for many users from them i for example bought the game ONLY because of the toolset, it would be good to give an official statement about what is to be done about it and if we can expect a toolset that works for us all in the near future

i dont want to be rude, its just that as a customer of software - i am automatically on the loser end of the rope, and since this is an EA product i have the reasonable fear that there will never be a toolset that works for me (wouldnt be the first time for an EA product never to be finished)

i am not saying that that will be the case with the toolset, but i just have the fear that it will be this way, so plz give us an official statement :)

doesnt have to be a precise date or something, just tell us if you guys are working on a new toolset that we can just install without searching forums for clustered solutions about configuring sql with complex command lines and then still dont have it working

Our Toolset lead has been sick for the past couple of days. Hence the slower response rate.

Thank you, i mean we already knew you were trying to make the toolset "better", but it is nice to see a response.

Even with my bad experience with getting the toolset installed so far, Bioware will always be one of my favorite companies.

I agree I love KOTOR, KOTOR II, and now Dragon Age. With the exception of extremly long load times after playing for an hour or so. I have not been able to install the toolkit either. I didn't realize untill now that I was not the only one with this problem though. I think it is awesome that I have seen so many of Bioware people on these boards reading and responding. That has got to be the best customer service I have ever heard of or seen in a Soft Ware company. Bioware RULES!!!

i love bioware too, and i hope that i will be able to say the same thing about the toolset in the future

i really love "making stuff", i love rpgs, and i love movies, so a rpg making tool with a cutscene editor sounds promising as hell
