There will be timeskips, no doubt. Although 9 months is kind of a huge gap without anything to happen. Why would nameless companion #3 stay with you unless there's something that's preoccupying him?

Well, it would only have to be a 6-ish month skip really. You can run around the first three months or so and not show. The timeskip makes it much more plausible than the continuous narrative in Origins. I still don't think it's going to be a feature, I'm just sayin'.

And the longtime RPG players too, as they surely now have a family.

And considering ther's no more origins concept, this time time we'll have a descendant one, couldn't it bring replayability if it's treated intelligently?

Who would administer the wedding?  Priests work differently in Thedas, but I think Shale should do it.  Or Sten.  Or Zevran.  My god, the possibilities are endless.

I'm so excited for DA2!! and I'm so happy happy you made this thread, because I was so taken aback by the negativity on this board.

I'm sure DA2 will have a lot of changes but so many of them will be good.. I'm looking forward to new companions and seeing different parts of Thedas..



ALSO!! I'd love to know more about the Tevinter Imperium!! oh my goodness the lore in this series is awesome, I really can't wait for more.
