Dragon Age DLCs download will be performed in-game. Once you have registered your game and redeemed your promo code(s) on your social.bioware.com account, start the game. Log in with the same account you used to register and redeem the code(s). Check that the button located in the lower left corner of DA:O main menu shows "Logged In" then click Downloadable Content. Once your Points Balance has been updated, your DLCs download will start. You can follow these download progress from Download Progress tab. Be patient, this can take some times.

If the download never starts, exit the game. In Windows main menu select Run..., type "services.msc" and press Enter. In the Services window, look for Dragon Age: Origins - Updater and right-click on this entry. Select Start in the drop-down menu. Wait for the service to start then close the Services window. Launch DA:O again and repeat the steps in the first paragraph.

If I was to guess, I would say the content update service is not running. I assume you are running the game under Window 7. Pop up your start menu, and type in "services.msc" then scroll down till you find the Dragon Age content updater service, and make sure it's started.

Dang, JackM beat me.

WTF?
In Services window, you do not change anything concerning any service, you simply need to start manually the Dragon Age Updater service. For this, right-click on the Dragon Age: Origins - Updater entry in the list and, in the menu that will appear, select Start (should be the first command in the menu). Once this is done, close the Services window and launch DA:O

But what are trying to do?

To clarifying things, here is how to proceed:

- Open Windows main menu (the menu that opens when you click on the Windows logo in the task bar)

- Select Run... command

- In the Run dialog box, type "services.msc" without the quotes then press Enter

- Windows Services window should now be opened

- In the right part of this window, you can see a list of all services installed

- Look for a service named "Dragon Age: Origins - Updater"

- Click with the right mouse button on this service name. A drop-down menu should open

- Select Start command in this menu.

You moved the file after installation? You should never proceed this way but uninstall the game from the previous drive using the uninstaller located in Windows Add/Remove Programs panel then reinstall it on the new drive by launching DA:O installer.

Edit: Sorry for this late reply. It takes me some times to check every point in my post.

OK. I now understand your issue. So, here is how to proceed to change your drive letter.

First, you should check that no other drive is using H: as drive letter. If this drive letter is already used, things get a little more complicated.

If drive letter H: is not in used:
1. from Windows main menu, select Run..., type "DISKMGMT.MSC" (without the quote) and press Enter
2. Windows Drive Management window will open. This window will present you with a list and a graphic visualization of you hard drive and their partition.
3. Your partitions list is located at the top of the window. In this list, look for your I: drive.
4. Right-click on the entry for I: drive and select Change Drive Letter and Paths in the drop-down menu
5. In the new windows, click Change.
6. Select "Assign the following drive letter" option if it is not already selected then select H in the drop-down list located to the right.
7. Click OK then select Yes when you are asked to confirm the drive letter change.

If drive letter H: is already used but by a removable drive, then disconnect this drive first and proceed as above to change I: to H:.

If drive letter H: is already used but by a non-removable drive, you must first be sure that no system files is in use on this drive. If you are sure of this point, then you can first change the letter of the drive using H: to another letter (the list you used in the step 6 above only show the current available letters) then, once this is done, change drive letter I: to H: as explained above.
