When I got Wynne I got the vessel of the spirit power immediately but didn't know what it meant. It said 'plot' so I figured it had something to do with the story but missed it.

Now a long while after that I am at the point where she first tells you about the spirit protecting her before she dies. Then I get attacked in an ambush and she uses the power and everything is clear now about that power.

Here's the thing. Before that sequence when I had no idea what that power was and without activating it Wynne always used the power automatically (I have tactics slots deactivated) to revive herself once. I thought it was handy but still didn't understand plotwise why she did that. Now the plot sequence has passed and whenever she dies now....she doesn't revive herself anymore. Now I could use my own phantasy and conjure up an explanation where the spirit is weakening and therefore not able anymore to revive her.. but I kind of expected there to be an explanation for the inconsistensy.

Did any of you experience this or know what was going on?
