Everyone knows about what Shepard did. The Omega 4 relay is in the same star system as Omega itself, and we know Aria was keeping track of Shepard, especially around Omega. By now, every outlaw in the Terminus Systems knows that Shepard went through the Omega 4 relay and returned.
Who even knows what Shepard did at the end of ME2?
