Though tbh, I see why the groundskeeper was cut. Why would there be a groundskeeper when you have an entire race whom's soul existence is the care and maintenance of the Citadel...?

I actually think the techno turian is the groundskeeper, they look and dress the same (lighting may explain why the colors are off a bit)

Maybe it's all related. He's talking about crazy human alcohol, dancing, funny bumps... Obviously he gave drinking a try and next thing he knows he's bumping and grinding all over those asari on the dance floor, all night long.

The Groundskeeper is not a bareface.  His paint is mostly on his forehead plates, they're white and kinda hard to see because his coloration is rather pale.

I wonder... that's an alternative turian head, with a shorter fringe.  Overall the head looks a bit more worn and decripit.  Maybe it's an "Old Guy" head?  The 'You Humans Are All Racist' guy also has that head.

And lulz at the 'funny bumps' comment.
