Hello..I hope to find some help here

The title says all: yesterday I bought the DLC directly from the game, downloaded and played it, but when I check my registered game promotions here on BW site I cannot see either it and the 2 related stuffs for Origins and Awakening.

I'd like to have my profile fixed because I am going to change my PC therefore

- I wanna be sure the DLC is correctly registered to my account and I don't have to buy it again when I reinstall the game
- I'd like to download the file and to use the manual installation instead of the in-game installation

Usually this happens precisely when DLC is not registered to the account you think. Do you use the same e-mail address to login with here as in the game?

Yes, I have only an account, and I always use it, either here and when I login into the game.

If I see the history of purchases in my account's page on the BW point's site I see that the transaction was correctly registered yesterday, and the point deducted

But the DLC doesn't appear in my registered game promotions here on BW site

It's the first time this problem happens, with all previous DLC everything was fine...

Well, actually I have nearly the same problem. I bought Golems of Amgarrak but it isn't listed when I'm looking at the German site. There are only 14 titles listed. When I change the language to English there are 17 titles listed. When I choose other languages there are even less Titles shown. So there seems to be a bug with displaying the titles in different languages.

I switched from Italian to English and all my DLC are listed now...

Thank you very much.. now that I am sure to be fine with all my DLC registrations I can finally reinstall my PC

I tryed to download the DLC's ingame and it works without any problems. So it's only a bug on the website.

Not exactly precisely related, but I seem to be unable to purchase this DLC through the website. It just refreshes the page without the points balance updating or DLC being purchased. Was able to buy the other DLC's.

My problem is the opposite though. I've had the game for a good while, but not untill now I've decided to get the DLCs too. I've started off with The Stone Prisoner, bying it on this website, and it says it's registered, but it doesn't seem to be on the game. I tried to buy it again, but it shows that I already registered it and my points are deducted too. Maybe Im doing or have done something wrong, since Im a total noob to this site.

Can anyone help?
