I live in a town that only has Dial up internet still and have Downloaded the Stone Prisoner 3 times on my system taking 2 days each time to Download. It has installed each time but never brings up the Sulcher Pass for me to go to and start the quest. I can get the Item DLCs to run properly but can't get the Shale one to run at all. I have tried on 4 different characters, Deleted and Reinstalled the game and the DLCs, still no luck after everything. My X360 Collector's edition show's the location on the map even though I have't gotten it to my friend's place a couple towns over where they have broadband so haven't downloaded anything for it yet. After a week of the game being out you would think that they would already have the issue worked out.
Only other of my DLCs that has any issues would be the Blood Dragon Armor on my Female Elf Warrior (As you can tell by my Portrait here) that is a known issue that I have heard they are working on.
Stone Prisoner unplayable on PC.
