I had to get a new console because of the dreaded E74, and and I'm concerned my dlc won't authorize for my any of my DLC as it was marked for another console in the queue.
Any ideas or answers?

Keep yourself on xbox live and it shouldn't be any problem.
If you dont, you can always transfer the licenses from one console to the other, but this means you need to be connected to both the PC and your 360 at that time. Pluss you need to download each purchase from xbox live again. So if you have 1000 downloads from xbox live, you can think that this could take a while.
Keep in mind that you can only do this once ever year. Don't ask me why.
