Hi All
I am currently playing BG2 with the Gibberling Widescreen Mod and loving it

I have never played SW:KotOR and plan to as soon I've finished BG2 ...can I run the game on  1680 x 1050 my monitor resolution or is there a Mod that I can use to get this resolution?

I believe you will need a mod for that bcrankshaw

KotOR does not natively support 1680x1050 resolution.    You can use the Widescreen Gaming Forum's hack for KotOR to get this resolution though

Is there a way to get widescreen on the Xbox360 as well?

Not to my knowledge. I don't own an Xbox 360 but from what I've read of others' experience KotOR doesn't seem to run all that great on an Xbox 360 to begin with.
