I say no to dwarf romances in DA2. To do one properly you need:
- A hot woman
- Five proper midgets (iow midgets that are waisthigh)
- A hotel room
- A camera
None of that can be found in DA.

Thinking about it, considering what Mary said earlier I'd quite like to see Sten's reaction to the Varric pillow.
It should totally be an easter egg 'gift' item in DA2. I wouldn't even mind the gifting system returning if it meant we got a Varric pillow.
