Same problem here. Bought the Steam version of DA deluxe edition + Awakening. Today I purchased the other contents with BW points. Now I see that everything is unauthorised, except for my awakening DLC.

My profile indicates it's all paid for and purchased. I had to download them all manualy and launch the DAUpdater. Now I notice I can't even play my game with the contents. It's an outrage! Bioware took my money and I can't even enjoy my game because of it.



Going to try and install the latest patch...see what happens.

Hopefully Bioware does something to fix it all!

Just noticed that I can't install the latest path because Steam is the distributor. Steam should've updated so far but if I check my downloadable content...nothing's changed!

Yes, I solved the problem.

I deleted all the DLC

Than I reinstalled the DLC using the DAUpdater app

Next I opened CMD in admin mode(Windows 7) and entered "net start DAUpdaterSvc"

After a few seconds it will say that the Dragon Age Service - Content Updater has started.

Then Start Dragon age

Go to downloadable content and refresh your points, afterwards it will start downloading your missing DLC en authorise your content for use.

Hopefully you'll rejoice just the way I did.

I note that Bioware have just announced ANOTHER set of DLC, this time with Morrigan. I would REALLY like to play that... but there's no way I'm spending money on more Bioware points just to download something that won't work, yet again! Any word on an official response from Bioware on a fix for these problems? They should NOT be working on new content while people can't play the old stuff!

yeah i have a same problem here... cant play leliana's song because its Unathorized!! i tried almost everythin they say on Forums all over the Internet and still, nothing has changed! please help

Im having the same problem here with witch hunt, golems, and darkspawn dlcs. Its sad that a bioware rep wont even post a solution on this forum which I know they read. Bioware, take your thumbs out of your asses and help us, your loyal costumers.
