Realism is great but its not everything.. How would you like it if your character got hungry or thirsty or you had to take him to the bathroom every once in awhile or he gets tired every 200 meters..
This is not the sims...
And the rape and other unnecessary realistic stuff no one would care if they were removed..
rape can be mentioned but not viewed or viewed but not in details only a brief view cause parents care a lot about PG and ESRB rating so removing these stuff would give more teenage users...
Anyways same as I mentioned before about sexual content....
