For some reason when I click on download for the new Firepower Pack it just brings up a bigger version of the picture and doesnt bring me to a screen where I can purchase the DLC? Can someone help please?

You can't buy dlc from Mass effect site. You must buy them from the social site: http://social.bioware.com/page/me2-dlc .
