hi, is there any way to extract mrh from an existing character?
ie i want to make bella nose bit larger without starting over.

There is no way to extract an MRH from a MOR or MOP. However, Bioware did provide the sources for NPC head morphs here.

Does anyone know if the awakening sources are available? I want to take a closer look at Velanna and the Baroness.

No. They haven't provided any sources for Awakening or the DLC.
