I have already tried deleting and re-downloading the following items, but they never show up in game or in my camp store for purchase:

Blood Dragon Plate:  The game had a card with Shale and the armor in it when it came to me.  Both codes worked.  Shale is gettable but the Blood Dragon armor never appeared in my inventory, in the camp store, or anywhere else.

Feast Day Combo Pack:  I purchased this about a week ago, and they never appear in my camp store or anywhere else.

Dragon Age: Journeys equipment:  While they appear in my download list, all say "purchased" and will not appear in my character's inventory, even after deleting and re-downloading.

I'm the most irritated about the Feast Day pack because I actually spent money on that, but any help on any of these issues would be appreciated.
