Unfortunately, I don't see them putting in different body types since they'd have to make several different body types for every robe, armor, and outfit in existence. It's probably too much work for them. A pity, too, since I wouldn't want my rogue looking as hulk-like as a warrior. IIRC, though, it was said certain outfits (like wizard robes) would make characters look less muscley than others.

Idk, I'm all about some long hair. Haha.
Some other nice things would be some different lip shapes to choose from. I mean, all you could do before was change how big the lips are and how wide the mouth is, but other than that, everyone's lips were shaped the same. But I'm not expecting anything in that regard.
I just really want longer hair x]

Different presets have different lips

Never forget to give Mr Fernando Melo credit for making the character creator possible
Fernando showed up on the forums one afternoon and started taking notes about what we wanted...
In an amazing and unforgettable event, Mr Melo took all our suggestions about needing a character creator and before you knew it WHOA....the Character Creator was born.
Sorry, can't really take credit for that - effort from a lot of folks on the team went into making that happen.
As for DA2... we'll have to wait an see. One thing is for certain, overall customization and in particular the female options and hairstyles look awesome!

One thing I'm curious about... will DA2 have the forum avatars from your character like Origins or will it be like ME and have no avatars?
I like having my game char as my avatar

Good question. Raina Shepard doesn't want to have to go through some clumsy workaround to get noticed in these parts:

While I know you haven't promised anything, you've still made me a happy panda.

At least not in any place you can see.
And I would love to have my Hawke as avatar. Persephone Hawke needs love, too *strange names gonna be named!*

I don't see any character creator in this demo. Why???
because it's a demo to showcase certain features.
putting the character creator in it would limit the number of people playing the game due to most of them wasting time creating their own.

Oooh I like that name. My necromancer in AoC was named Proserpina, which is the Latin version.

I miss APB's character creator. You could adjust how prominent the veins were on your arm, how thick your body hair was (if you had any) Hair length, complete control of eye color...Perfecti0nist wrote...
Have you ever played All Points Bulletin? It has the best character creator I've ever seen. You can edit everything, including the body. I hope DA2 character creator is similar.
I miss everything about APB's customization. It was insane.
