I was in Kashyyk where i killed the terentatek. I din't know it was him, so i saved after doing it before i found Freyyr. Do this mean that i can never get Zaalbar back unless gaining tons of DSP?

Actually you get the sword wen you kill the terenterak, there is no need for looting
