I downloaded Mass Effect about a week ago from the EA Store (UK). Everything worked fine and I have been able to play the game perfectly well.
However, when I try to register the 'Serial Number' I received in my confirmation of order email on the Bioware Accounts website, it doesn't work. It's referred to as a CD key on the website but obviously I didn't get a CD as it's a digital download! This means that I haven't been able to install Bring Down the Sky (and presumably Pinnacle Station), as that needs a serial number that is dependent on you registering the first.
I've been able to 'register' my game in my EA account but I doubt this holds much weight given that I didn't even have to enter any new information to do so. Also, I can't see my order in the 'past orders' section but this might be a separate issue.
If anyone has advice to give, I'd really appreciate it.
