Dear Bioware,
When I try to buy point I get the following message "The transaction was rejected by the payment processor. Please try again with another payment method"
I have phoned up my card company and they have said that that no payment request has been requested and they have not declined any transaction. I also attempted purchase of points using paypal but the same error message was repeated.
The two browsers I have used are Firefox and Safari. The card company have suggested that if Bioware is having issues with its online payments they will be happy to take confirmation by phone.
Please advise on how I can give you my money in order to recieve the DLC you are selling.
