Actually, that was a dammed good trailer, probably one of the best teasers in movie history. Think about it, at the time, nobody actually seen anything on the joker, the final of the last movie indicated it. Instead of spoon feeding, the trailer makes the user engage there own imagination which is far better than anything a movie can cook up. The hype for the movie reached hysterical levels as soon as this was released.

Yeah but that only workds since the movie did give you a great Joker.  If it had been lame or poorly done then that trailer would have only added to your disapoinment.  Just saying letting a consumers imagination is a double edged sword.

Well right now I can only think of two pieces that I would include in a trailer and it would be more for new comers to the game.

I would start with Cassandra saying you will now tell me the story of Hawke to Varric or something along those line. Then I would have Varric saying will ten years ago... then fade out.

I would love to see some of the places we would see as Hawke and some of the NPC's that we would have the opportunity to have join us.

That's true. Although they did show quite abit of the joker afterwords, the actual reveal was shown in a cinema showing the first ten minutes of the movie as oppossed to a trailer montage.

It was also really well done a reveal as it's quite brief a reveal as well as brief flashes at the finishing montage. The promo's for the Dark Knight in general was done really really well I think.

I'm hoping for a gameplay and story trailer plain and simple, no CGI blur trailer snazzyness - that can wait until closer to release. Right now I just want as many minutes as they are willing to give us packed with as many hints (both subtle and in your face) as possible!

I want a Lady Hawke trailer at some point.  I think I've said it, like, twice already, but I do. So long as the game itself looks good, my hype for the game would sky-rocket.

I have no particular opinions on what this trailer should have, but I'd like to see some focus on characters that are not the hot female love interests.

Also, I kinda wanna see what a mage's finishing move looks like. I guess that concept art could be one, but I'd like to see another. Now that the classes are supposed to be seperated, I've given up on wanting a mage melee weapon.

Anyone see the DCUO trailer that was seriously one of the coolest thing I've ever watched I really would like a trailer like that and the sacred ashes trailer eventually, I really wouldn't even mind if a trailer like that is the first trailer.
