I had an idea today. I think I speak for most of the ME 2 players when saying that the Kestrel Armor is designed to provide advantages to the Soldier (/Infiltrator). Now, I think there's already a problem with that. The damage bonus get's greater when choosing the "Commando" evolution for the Soldier instead of "Shock Trooper". So, how about instead of releasing more single armor sets, Bioware, release double-armor sets for all the remaining classes. That would mean, for example, in the Engineer pack, we have a Mechanic and a Demolisher armor (names can be changed, of course). One providing a greater power damage bonus, the other one a Power duration bonus.
I think this, as well as the fact that we'll have many interchangeable pieces by the end, would satisfy most players, since you can costumize your playstyle further.
