My theory is that, from a sales point of view, there's not a lot of point releasing it in Asia. DA is a pretty English-intensive game; not all that easy for Chinese or Taiwanese or Japanese or Koreans to play. They probably don't sell a lot of games here, not to mention DLC.
But still -- how hard is it to upload something to a server? I don't imagine it actually costs anything to make them available, so why not?

yeah i guess so, but im a filipino not a chinese or taiwanese and i speak english fluently.. yeah and btw its not that hard to upload to a server... ur right hotspur
