Apologies if this is not in the right forum, but really looking for help.  I have been trying to find where you enter your EA account information in Dragon Age and I believe I found the answer... at install?  For reference I am using the PS3 version.  I must have skipped this and not entered one in my excitement to get started!  Is there anyway for me to go back and add/edit/update it? 

On the main screen... lower left, where it shows downloadable content, there is supposed to be a Green Triangle to enter account information.  Now that I have the game up and running, that does not show up.

Many, many thanks for any help you can provide.  I have tried everything!

If you are logged into Playstation network when you load the game it automatically signs you into dragon age servers if you have ever registered that PSN ID before. When you first load the game does it say something to the effect of "contacting dragon age servers" ? That means it is automatically logging you in. If your game isnt showing up on this website it might be because your PSN ID is not registered as a "persona" on the email adress/ EA account that you use to access this forum. If you try and it tells you that your PSN ID is already taken then you are in the same boat as me. I've been waiting 5 days and they havent even friggin answered my ticket. So far I'm very displeased with EA customer "support".

Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!!! Finally an answer! Still not resolved since it looks like I am in the same boat with you... it is telling me that my PSN ID is already taken... but at least it is a step closer. So you reported the incident to EA customer support? No reply from them yet?

I think (and I'n guessing here) that you'll need to go to the EA profile site and login with your PSN ID. This has got to be same (email, password etc) as the one you're using when you log into the DA social site, Bioware forums as well as the PSN. I've spent 4 hours one evening to get this to work, before I buy the game. I think I got it working...



It should also be possible linking your PSN ID to your Bioware/EA account...



As for logging into the servers, it is really easy to mis the login button on the lower left hand side of the screen...
