I finished the Normany Crash Site Assignment last night, got the helmet and everything. Also received an ingame message confirming I finished it. Today after loading up the game, the mission uncompleted itself somehow. Tells me I have to Explore the Crash Site again. To "Locate a suitable place for the Normandy monument and recover any sign of the 20 lost crew members." Problem is, I already placed the monument and dog tags as well, found over 20 in fact. I went back down to the planet and nothing was there, it allowed me to replace the monument but doesn't complete the mission after I fly back up. How do I fix this?
