I purchased Pinnacle Station when it was released, but no longer have it on a hard drive.  My EA Account has no record of purchases from the old site, so how do I go about downloading what I already paid for, without having to pay for it again?  Do I talk to EA or BioWare?

Off topic, the search feature on these forums has never worked for me.  It has always given me 0 results.  If it is nonfunctional and no one is going to fix it (been that way since the social site opened) then why must it take up space?
