My friend let me borrow an old copy of KotOR 1 to play because I've been wanting to try it. I got it installed, updated the game, and now whenever I try to play the game, it brings up a window with a starship in it (Haven't played it, don't know what it's called), I get a error message that's full of squares. Anyone know what I have to do so I can play the game?

Intel Pentium 4 CPU 2.66 GHz
1 GB of RAM
ATI Radeon 9550/X1050 Series

...meh, I'll just see if the rental place has it for xbox. I'm sure 360 can play it.

You wont be able to play it on your 360 now. xbox live for the previous system is now gone and you have to get an update from it to work on your 360.

I think I've been recieving the exact same error, does it look something like this? http://img818.images.../kotorerror.jpg. I need help fixing the error my self because it is one of my all time favourites. I have the game on Xbox but my Xbox 360 broke last week, soon after I began playing it for the first time in a while.
The game is incredible and I assure you that you won't be let down by it. But I can't get my head around this error, KoTOR II, however, works fine.
