when i open talents and spells on the radial menu, not all talents/spells. if i have more spells/talents than slots on one dial page, sometimes there still are blacked out slots. is this a glitch, or do am i not doing something right?

note:  i get to use more spells than i do talents, but still. this is really bugging me, and the problem is greater near the beginning of the game

Maybe it was obvious to you so sorry in advance but...on the right and left of the radial menu there are two arrows...try clicking on them.
