I know there are several posts about this but i could simply not find any.

I installed ME1 and ME2 after playing it a bit etc

anyway i installed the game and and it had a error report, so i reinstalled same error report from windows, my hardware is by far enough and i do not have a clue what it could be, i'm using windows xp 32bit

This is a Tech Forum for PC gamers and Xbox360.  If you have a console version, say so.   If you have the PC version, you haven't actually reported your problem yet, and cannot get any answer without that.

well i said, an error occurs via windows and it just completely shuts down before the game even opens, i guess it is the configure menu loading before first launch, i try to open that or the game the same error occurs

It must have been that $9.95 special or something, and several would-be game players are so well off they can forget about that "small" of a wasted cost on a game they must not have wanted very much after all, or they would pursue some advice more strenuously.
