Nope. Guns would then be too customized to each and every play style. It would make the game way too easy. Only allow this if the game can only be played in insanity mode.

Indeed. Otherwise it would be a really overpowered gun specifically designed to suit how you play

As much as I like that.. besides a few scopes and ammunition types.. I can't really see how that would make the game even better.. xD
