Well then, no need to go and recruit the other races for the Reaper invasion, the answer was right in front of us the whole time: The Turian Councillor is the key!

Nicotine and alcohol has minimal to no adverse effect to the body, what with all the tech at TIM's disposal. If you could resurrect a dead man, you could reverse or mitigate any harmful effects of nicotine and the like with no trouble at all. Besides, TIM is obviously not 100% organic.

Actually, I would love that, and have added him to my work-in-progress ME2 meme as the character I'd most love to ascend to ME3 squadmate.  Doesn't mean I also don't think he'd be the worst.  In my version of the idea, he is a squadmate only because Shepard has kidnapped him.  Whenever you take him in your team, you effectively have one "dead" squad slot, because he refuses to fight.  Also, if he goes down in combat, he dies for good.  But if you can take him on every mission and keep him alive for the whole game, he's finally forced to admit the existence of the Reapers.  It would be awesome.



That said, I fully admit that the idea of him having amazing reality-altering powers to simply will the Reapers out of existence is even more awesome!
