So there will be "no exclusive organization. No saving the world. No ancient evil."

The simple fact is that if DA and ME took place in the same universe, Shepard would have already strip mined Thedas for all of its valuable resources, leaving the scattered remnants of civilization on a ravaged and depleted world to rub two sticks together for warmth and lament their cruel fates.
He also would have ended the Blight by falcon punching the Archdemon.

Freakin' archdemons and their disingenous assertions.

The three little nugs, LOL. They should have made it one of the history's Leliana could tell to you.

Now before everyone just says 'no' straight away, let's consider a few things.
1. Dragon Age and Mass Effect happen in the same universe. Evidence: Hock has a statue of a Darkspawn Ogre in his personal vault.
2. Dragon Age and Mass Effect happen in similar time periods. Evidence: Precisely how the statue got off-world is unknown, but for a stone statue to be in that good condition it can't be more than a thousand years old. And since it is already an antique, that suggests Dragon Age and Mass Effect 2 happen in a similar time period. The likeliest possibility to me is that a Salarian observation team investigated the planet, then left it to develop further rather than disturb development.
3. Bioware listens to the fans. Evidence: Tali and Garrus romances happening due to the overwhelming demand from fans.
This can happen, and if it isn't already being developed then it easily could be. Come on Bioware, this is an opportunity. At the very least consider the delectable quarian hero as a DLC character (crashlanded ship, anyone?).
We don't need Tali, we have Leliana.

*Deviously cackles as the Talimancers and Leliana fanclub either kill each other or swoon to death at the very concept*

You should have said never to appear. Now thread will persist.

He could have said never, and this thread (and its children) will continued to exist.

He's trying to kill them softly, hence the frail snowflake reference. But I agree, in that leaving the door cracked on possibilities is fuel for the fire.

I was going to say the same thing. That gives people the smallest of hopes that they will see a Malificar Tali or something to that effect.

Don't feel bad. Some dreams deserve to be crushed. This is one of those dreams.

Hmmm, that does bring to mind that one scene from Dumb and Dumber.
What are my chances?
Not good.
You mean, not good like one out of a hundred?
I'd say more like one out of a million.
So you're telling me there's a chance... *YEAH!*
