I finally beat this guy on hard and the achievements related to it popped. But they didn't register on my profile. My score shows 1600/1650. It was 1575/1650 before the two achievements Reaper and Grim Reaper. When I checked the achievement menu for the game they showed 72/72. All unlocked. But when you back out from that menu it shows 70/72 with 1600/1650. This math isn't even right. I did it a SECOND time and it didn't rectify the situation. I was connected to Xbox Live and EA's servers at the time. Did this thing happen to anyone else?

Also my Runic Golem was completely unable to take poultices for the entire module. Shale was, why can't this one?
My Dwarves would periodically ignore their fist tactic of taking a health poultice <50% health. Sometimes I would do this manually and it would register for a second then they would go right back to attacking without taking the potion. (Sometimes dying because of it). This made that last fight even harder. Is it this way for anyone else?

I'm having the problem of having the golem not being able to use poultices. Also having the problem of having my game setting making my characters take the most appropriate poultice necessary based on their damage. I mean if I'm at 1/4 health I should be using the larger health poultices instead of the lesser ones unless all I have is lesser poultices.

Next problem I'm having is I can't earn the achievement A Secret Stitched Together and yet I've gotten all the research Notes.

Had the same problems.

Made "Self Health < 50% use lesser health poultice" the 1st tactic for all my characters, but they seemed to ignore it most of the time. Golem never seemed to use them, even when I was controlling it.

Golem cant actualy use the Poultices, this is be design stated by a bioware post. Its bugged that theres a option to use them instead of it being greyed out.

Your gamertag is out of sync is very strong possibility. Delete your gammer tag then recover it through the profiles interface on the dashboard. You will need the Email/password you registered it with. Afterwords your profile will be back in sync and it should be fixed.
