Multiple Blood Controls

This time I am passing with a mage again, and was looking around if you can have 3 blood controls at the same time?
I ask because, I was hoping to have 3 animated dead... and turns out you can onl have 1 of the guys at any given time, so my concern is whether or not the same happens to BLood Control?

if I have 3 mages, all with 3 blood control, can I have 3 puppets?
Or does Blood Control work in the same way as "animate dead" in which, If I raise a skeleton, when Morrigan raises hers, it kills my own skeleton, only allowing one "minion" at any given time.
was wondering if Blood control only allows 1 "minion" under control at one time.
PS:
Example:
PC (me) casts Blood control, and successfuly brings one foe under my control.
Then... Morrigan CAsts Blood Control, and successfuly as well. Does the action of Morrigan having a minion of her own means it cancels my own Minion like in Animated dead?

On a Console due to technical limitations you can only have one "Pet" designated type of character for your whole party. Blood Control, Ranger Summons, Animated Dead. Only one for teh whoel party.

waii wait wait... wa?
Meaning if Leliana has a pet? I can't use animated dead without killing the pet?
So you can't have 1 animated dead, 1 blood control, 1 pet? adding 3 in total?

Yes, on consoles theres 1 pet limit for the whole party. It will "kill" the previus pet.

For some reason, my specialization only unlock to the local career.
Ever snice the patch for RTo... its been a nightmare duno why.
Before, there were no problems, I had 3 playthroughs but.
I made a new tank, unlocked everything except of course blood mage, started a mage... he had nothing, no spirit amge, AW, sten didn't have champion nothing. Kept going just in case, unlocked everything as my 5th playthrough....
I checked my other career tank.... blood mage wasn't there even though I unlocked it in my 2nd mage.
If it wasn't because the specialties dont carry over anymore for some reason I would not mind.
DOnt get me wrong, my first tank unlocked everything, my 2nd mage had everything carried over from my first tank, and 2nd tank had everything too. But from my 3rd playthrough onwards its been weird...
Made a short rogue on the 6th playthroughs... same deal, he had no specializations, the specialties only remain unlock to the local career, no matter what. Otherwise I would be playing it a more.
Tried hex editing attributes to make it a bit more fun... but damn can't get to seem to get a hang of the hex editor.
Cheers enjoy DA, it is a very good game nevertheless.

1. Delete the patch from the system. Doing so must be done from the Dashboard, and will remove all patches from all games, but popping those games in again will re-download them.
2. Fire up Dragon Age. Since the bad patch was removed, you'll be asked to download the latest one, which has no problems.
3. Fire up a game, and unlock a specialization.
4. Move away from the spot you were at when you unlocked the specialization (apparently this is an important step).
5. Save, shut off the system, then turn it on and reload the save you just made.
6. Level up.
That method worked for me, and I've had all specializations unlocked again after doing it. I will say, though, that it's been a while, and I'm not 100% sure I've gotten all the steps down. It sounds right, but I may have missed something.
Also, I've no idea how to go about fixing it if you're on the PC, so if you are, then I apologize for being of no help.

I had a similar issue after downloading RtO (though I got it before they realized the patch was bad). Here's what I had to do to fix the problem on the 360:

Thank you... but sorry to say it didnt work.
1.I went to dash board. Deleted the pathces.. CC as its called.
2. Linked up to the internetz and downloaded latest patch.
3. Started The game, and I have a save file, right before talking to the arcane warrior spirit., so I unlocked it.
4. IN leaving... I just backtracked, got out of the temple, out of the forest and took a trip to denerim? is that enough?
5. After moving to denerim I saved the game. Turned off my console, turn it back on, reloaded that denerim file. And did two things. Went to lv up. Saved my file, Also, I used a tome, so I had 2 saves, one that lved up, and 1 that used a tome.
This was done with my 2nd mage, 5th playthrough.
Then loaded 4th playthrough, my tank. Morrigan didn't have arcane warrior, sten didn't have champion...the specializations still are only unlocked locally.
Thank you very much for the help though
