The problem started when I tried to download the Golems of Amgarrak DLC. It got stuck at 0% so I tried all the stuff posted here but nothing would kick start the download. I saw someone else had the same problem and someone posted a solution in their topic: delete the manifest.xml file and restart the computer.
This did indeed allow me to download the GOA content, however, the next time I started Dragon Age ALL of my DLC (pretty much everything that's been released plus a few pre-order items I had) shows up in the downloading section of the Downloadable Content menu. I try to click "download" on any item and it just tells me that it failed.
I've reinstalled Dragon Age twice and I'm still getting this same problem. After both reinstalls I've re-downloaded all my DLC but when I close and restart Dragon Age it's all back in the Download window and telling me it's failed.
Any help would be appreciated.
EDIT: Now this is weird. I looked in the "Installed Content" menu and ALL of the DLC is there too, and it says it's enabled! But when I try to go into the game it tells me that all the content won't show up if I start the game.
