I really hate posting this but the disaster called the 1.04 patch has mucked up the game so bad that I think we should get a patch that will undo only the 1.04 'fixes'. 
Here are some of the items:
1.Damage on opponents is very slow to appear.  Prior to rooftop  a hurlock's damage meter hardly moves.
2.I'm running a Rogue and he just stops fighting in the middle of a battle and nothing I can do will make him start.
3.Character completely ignores commands to take a health pouce and dies.
4.Bar commands at the bottom of the screen will not respond until clicked on repeatedly.
I just cannot think of  all of them there are just so many.
