First off, just wanted to state I know of that temporary fix with the alt-tab change etc.

Anyways, here's the situation:

I had installed ME2 on my computer when it had Windows Vista on it.
I had recently upgraded the operating system to Windows 7. (Upgraded it, no fresh install or anything)
Upon doing so, ME2 started to load really fast.

Question is, what exactly was done between upgrading Win Vista to Win 7 that caused this? I'm no computer expert, and really have no idea how to check what changed and what not. So I was hoping some more technically-savvy person or people could enlighten me on the possibilities.

I had recently reinstalled ME2 because there were some missing animations (from what I can tell, certain cinematics had the mouths not moving even though dialogue was happening, like in a numerous relationship ones and several combat scenes) and now the loading times are back to what they use to be, several times longer than they should be.
