As an American, I can say with fervent passion, please don't put Americans in DA2. Please, for the love of the Maker...I have to deal with them on a daily basis already. That's enough.

Americans are all of these things and none of these things. We make about as much sense as Quantum Mechanics.
Thedas is modeled after Medieval Europe in some respects, so Americans would be in essence Native Americans I guess? Anyways, Americans are stuck on a different continent so unless you want to have a ocean-crossing sailing ship game...

I can tolerate no inventory, and no isometric view, and no story continuity. But if Bioware throws even one degenerate American type character type into this game...

Their not Americans. So called native Americans are decendents of Monguls. So unless you can come up with a Mongul accent I don't see the need for an american voice in the game.

Depends what kind of American your wanting. We have a long list of accents associated with different parts of the country. Lets not take the Texan Drawl and give it to any one though. Unless that person is a cowboy.
