Modifiying Henchmen AI

I've recenlty modified my game to be a little closer to the canon set by MS1.(And a little more logical too)

One of the things I've changed is the ablitity to use powers on enemies that have shields, barriers, or armor.
However, the AI of my henchmen remains unchanged, they will not use powers on their own if the shields are up, where applicable.

Is there a way, and if there is, How do I set my Henchmen to automatically use all their powers on enemies, reguardless of wether they have active shields, barriers, or armor?
