Okay so I bought the collector's edition a while back.  Also registered for some of the early freebie stuff. 

Life happened and I have not played since November/December.

Anyway I get a yen to play again and fire the game up today. 

I log in with the same account and now for some reason it says my account is not a premium account. 

Anyone else run into this and how did you fix it?
