So, we're supposed to be able to import our Origins and Awakening saves into Dragon Age 2 and Golems of Amgarrak. But unlike Origins, awakening doesn't create a post-mother save, so there's no save that says I actually beat the game...

all major choices are made before fighting the mother, so the auto save before fighting the mother is your end game save.

Or save at the mother fight.



Rember in your import options you can pick exactly which save to use.

Im going to assume a awakening import at the point assumes you killed the Mother lol.

Yes, but you can't save AFTER you killed the mother, so can't import that info into GoA or DAII...

I imported my mother auto save into Golems of Amgarrak.........

True but its not needed, the only thing that that will effect is specificaly if you killed "The Mother" and even then your coming from the point of view that Bioware will not take this into consideration.

From what ive gathered the important choice for endgame Awakening is wether you sides with the Archetech or not. So yeah I really think it assumes you killed the mother.
