 ok,i just got my copy of kotor in the mail today,i fired up my pc,and put in disc one for installation,nothing happens at all please help.,i have windows vista 64-bit,my pc specs are

 AMD Phenom 9100e Quad-Core Processor

3.7 GB RAM

ATI Radeon HD 3200 graphics

DirectX 10.0

i tried to go to "my Computer" to see if i could run it in compatibilty mode,the kotor icon isnt even there.

Try looking around on here for different topic ideas that might be related to what you're looking for. I think I saw something earlier that would help, but I cant seem to remember what it was. Good luck!

That's a strange one. I had a similar problem with the sequel. I take it the disc is spinning in the drive right?

i assume it is because it makes the same sound if i put in my Dawn of War 2 disc,and that runs fine,but i just installed kotor on my other pc and it works ok.
