I've got confirmation e-mails with no download links and no activation keys, I've got a page on social.bioware.com with no download links, and I've got an EA download manager that...isn't downloading anything.

How do I download the content that I paid for?

On the left go to "Profile" and click on "your registered game promotions." From there you can download any DLC you have for free or paid for.
