problem with Wardens Keep DLC (new problem)

Nice and happy i saved the game, quit to go get something to eat and thats when i had a problem..
I loaded the game backup, clicked on resume and Alistair is totally naked, all the armor i got from WK disappeared, ive checked my bags and theyre not there, its as if its been deleted!! Now im really annoyed about this and wondering if anyone knows why this has happened? Is it because i didn't use it myself that it got deleted or what?!?!
Oh and to make matters worse, in my camp the smug quest giver for WK is there saying i can take the quest, yet i still have the last part of the storyline in my log...
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

The same happened for me, here are some more details (quote from mail I send to customer service).
Today I was playing DAO for a few hours, mainly inside Magi Tower.Everything was fine until I had entered Fade. When I met Sten he was missing his 2h sword ( Starfang) which was forged for him by smithy in Warden's Keep and Alistair was missing all pieces of Warden Commander armor. First I though it was just some strange influence of Fade but after I completed whole Lost in Dream quest in The Circle of Magi, these items were still missing. So I tried to go to Warden's Keep but unfortunately it's now missing from world map and Levy Dryden is not showing in camp anymore.
In Downloadable content it says Warden Keep is installed and active and I already had completed it yesterday together with The Stone Prisoner DLC.
Anyone got similar problem or any ideas hot to solve it? I'm missing Sten's 2h sword a bit (got nice 3 gems inside) and all the items that I put in the Storage Chest.
Thanks

Happening to heaps pf people. it's something to do with getting disconnected from the server.
oh, forgot to mention this in my first post, i don't actually have any traders or anyone in WK either, and sometimes it just disappears from the world map altogether.. As i said in my first post i'm annoyed because i actually spent money on this content in addition to buying the game itself which i thought was a bit unfair because normally dlc is made available a couple of weeks AFTER launch, not available on launch day... then again it is EA milking us yet again.

WOW, just WOW! You sir are a clown. It takes several seconds to wait for your connection. On the PC it tells me to wait a few seconds for a connection. The reason for this is Bioware wanted you to have a better user experience, not screw you out of your free downloaded content.
I read this and I think to myself what a horrible little world you must reside in.
Wait the few seconds, play your content, get a better life troll.

It isn't much, but it is something. For my part, I'm going to wait for a patch, cause I've done about everything that can be done to either fix or work around the issues and they keep coming back. I do however, have faith that we have been heard and that the problem is being addressed.

You are right about one thing. Calling me Sir and the horrible little world I reside in is the USMC and no don't bother to thank me for my service I'm more then happy to fight for the freedoms you take for granted and abuse. Also the wait a few seconds for your connection bit? well I don't know what you are talking about. My connection is fine and I'm logged in my problem is the software "Wardens Peak" does not work. The point is, I bought a product that was sold to me as "working" and now 8 days later it still does not work. As you can see many people are having the same issue. Even those who get it to work are having issues. I'm not quite aware of what the "Bioware Community" under your name represents I certainly hope it doesn't mean you have any official connection to Bioware or that certainly wouldn't speak well. If one of you bought an Ipod from the store and after 8 days it still didn't work and they would not replace it or even acknowledge your problem what would you do? would you be annoyed? How is a purchase of a game online any different? So in the end it is you madam that is the clown.

Well said. I just posted elsewhere that what worked for me was to open services, manually start the dragon age content updater service and then run the game. If you're constantly finding your DLCs showing up unauthorized, this may help you. I also made sure that the updater service in \\bin_ship always runs as administrator--not sure if that helped or not. My game is still bugged even though all the DLCs show up as authorized: my memory ring has no properties on it (wtf?) and Levi isn't showing up in the Camp so I can start the Warden's Keep quest.
I haven't been this disappointed in a Bioware game...ever.

Thank You for your service to our country. You called the BBB because you cannot get a $7 add in to work? I'm just reacting to your post, clown. Did you call them on your ISP? Not only is that outreagous, that is incredibly childish. I don't work for Bioware, and you didn't buy an iPod. You purchashed a $7 piece of software. You called the BBB for $7 ?
I'm sorry you are not a clown, you sir are a little boy. Marines yeah semper fi.
