Loghain may not have the best social skills, but even Teagan doesn't say "you're pretty." He says something about being lucky enough to find someone like the Warden. But I think that's to everyone.

Maybe he feels the Cousland is already used to such compliments and doesn't need it? I don't know, it is curious that only the city elf gets it.
