Well there's a fetish for everything. I remember coming across a fetish site about women washing their faces. No nudity or anything, just photos of women, soap, washcloth. Bizarre.
I knew a guy who got turned on by driving his cars through puddles and splashing women pedestrians. No nudity or wet T-Shirt thing, fully clothed women in wet weather or winter gear, getting muddy water splashed by driving by.
If there is a female doing it, there's a male somewhere with a fetish for it.

Another reason to want to join the Empire.
You are going to play it?
I'll probably get it myself, play it for like a month to experience every single quest there is to experience and then quit. One reason why:
Player COLLISION. MMORPGs by their very nature, have a great deal of players in em or they cannot function as games. When you add collision to players in a MMO it turns walking through a capital city a real big pain in the ass. ( and that's just capital cities, never mind pvp and raids or dungeons ).
No I won't get it, for the reason you posted and the idiocy of the majority of players.
But I was tempted and if I did get it, I would be either an imperial agent or a Sith inquisitor.

Cailan's kind of scary. I guess it's the combination of his being king, his disapproval, and his borderline delusions. And now poor Ellie is worried the whole thing was a big mistake. And Loghain is just being himself--being as comforting as he can within the bounds of realism.

Cailan worries me. And now poor Ellie is doubting & worrying. But the intimacy between her and Loghain was very poignant. Lovely chapter, as usual!

I don't want to sound like an ass, but can you improve the format? Like add more spaces to seperate the paragraphs?
Because it really looks like a wall of text and I am too scared to read it lol

Your wish is my command. . .
Actually don't feel bad about requesting it; I thought of doing it myself anyway. I wrote the chapter in a Word document and in Word, all the paragraphs were spaced but the chapter was 6 pages long. When I pasted it into the forum, the formatting was completely effed and all the spacing was gone. I put in the paragraph indents but then was undecided about what would be scarier --an extra-long-looking chapter or a wall of text? You just decided me.

Actually that's one of the reasons I've never completed any video game as a Mage before in my life. I always had this attitude like they couldn't just go and kill something face-to-face so they had to "cheat" somehow. I still prefer to play the in-your-face fighting styles but I really did get "attached" to this particular character, and her Mage-ness does play a big part in the story.
Not to mention that she was a freakin' killing machine.

Hmm wait. I was wrong apparently. The topic I was reading was about a SUGGESTION to add Collision to the game...so apparently it doesn't have it, that's good.
As for the idiocy of MMORPG players, you base this on what exactly? The WoW forums? Bear in mind that they don't represent even 5% of the entire population of WoW ( as the rest of 95% don't care about WoW forums except for some class info ).
Yes, there are some big ****s in WoW, but these are few and far in between. WoW Moderates itself in that regard ( at least on EU ), so if anyone acts like an **** they will get a bad reputation on the server very quickly and they won't find a guild. As such ****s represent a very small minority. Most of the people I meet in game were decent enough folk in my opinion.
In regards to skill...we are all noobs as we don't know a new boss until we learn it, however there are two kinds: Those that bother to learn and those that must be hand held through every boss encounter. I would say the ratio is about 40/60 between former and latter for the entire WoW population, but it is a vastly different number in good guilds.
Anyway, enough with my ranting and off-topic. SW: Tor will fail as a MMORPG in my opinion because while Bioware can make good games they just don't KNOW how to make a MMORPG. Yes ToR will have a good story, but that's something that will only draw people to play once or twice while they level.
Gameplay wise I trust Bioware to balance something as much as I trust Harrowmont to lead Orzammar. They have NEVER balanced any of their games properly nor can I see them doing it especially with EA at the helm. Blizzard is very well known for their ability to balance games, but it takes them months/years to get it right, somehow I can't see Bioware putting that much effort in it.
One of the major things that puts me off about SW:TOR is their scope. WoW delivered a very rich world in terms of design and models ( each zone is completely different then the others ), SW: TOR seems like it will deliver a small world, or ahem, a small galaxy with just a small number of planets.
Another thing to consider and my biggest reason for firmly believing that no other MMORPG will ever manage to defeat WoW is who exactly was desigining WoW: Rob Pardo and Jeff Kaplan. Pardo ( who also was lead designer for SC: Brood War, War III+TFT ) was a guild leader in one the top ranking guilds in Everquest, then he quit and gave it over to Tigole. Both these people played a very large part in creating WoW ( Pardo was LS ).
They think like top hardcore players do ( and there is a big difference between a normal player and a hardcore one ), while the Lead Designer for SW: Tor is the same from KOTOR? Well good luck with that Bioware. It won't work.
