Look, it was either that or they were going to send him to Orlais. Celene herself sent over the helmet.KnightofPhoenix wrote...
Well that's....not how I would want to see the hero of the River Dane....but I guess the females here deserve a treat.

Orlesians and their sadistic sense of humor.
That's probably Loghain's reaction to all this.
Loghain: Hmph, let's see what the thread dedicated to me came up with this time.

Loghain: What the....!!! *chokes on cherry*

As it's been a few hours since the last post, and since my game crashed twice while I was doing it (must be a sign of some sort, but I'm going to make it worth the effort, dammit), here's some Naked Barbarian Loghain.
He's.... rather fit for someone his age. Must be the constant wearing of 700 pound armor.

Or maybe his late wife treated him especially well.

"Loghain, really. Can you stop looking at maps for five minutes? I've asked you twice now to take a look at the leak in that room no one ever goes into. You're in Denerim nine months a year and when you're home I need you to do things. Please take care of it before morning, and I have a headache. Good night."KnightofPhoenix wrote...

lol Yea I am sure Loghain's map fascination would have been a source of dispute. You know, like watching sports today
Or playing video games.

I can just imagine him walking into Orlais and Montsimmirad like that. That's a very good way to make an enterance.

Soignee...awesome. (I actually bought a friend of mine one of those wolf shirts for a laugh when I was in America in June...the woman in the shop seemed to have no idea about why it had become popular).
SF - well played.
On another note - is Alpha Protocol worth getting? It was one I was hoping to get but then I heard a bunch of disappointing stuff about it. I do need a new game, however.

I remember an old saying from one of my guildies in WoW: "Most people have IQ< Room Temperature." sad but true.
Oh btw, just watched an old movie on TV about an alien coming to earth. Good quote from there.
Alien: "Let me tell you something, Mark. You humans, most of you, subscribe to this policy of an eye for an eye, a life for a life, which is known throughout the universe for its... stupidity. "
Alien: "Even your Buddha and your Christ had quite a different vision. But nobody's paid much attention to them, not even your Buddhists and your Christians. "

Re: Alpha Protocol - I might just give it a go, then.
Incidentally, my boyfriend nearly dumped me over the amount of time I spent playing Ultima Online (well, it was seven years...) I've always played games to an obsessive degree. If a man can't appreciate that, then too bad.

Was that the Day the Earth Stood Still? (The old version, not the lame new version with Keanu Reeves).
K-Pax actually.

Hah, same here....though here in my country most non-gamers would think of one who spends his/her time on games as somewhat insane. Bleh, ignorants.

Be warned that the combat is broken, I don't know if they released a patch yet.
Also, pro-tip: invest in your pistol skills.

I would recommend playing on recruit and going with Assault Rifles, they do far better then Pistols in most situations in my opinion.
