I remember in NWN 1 you could kill a nuetral NPC (towns person, etc) but its seems that you can't in NWN 2. Is there a way where you could do that? If so, can you play a saved game from that setting? or do you have to start a new game?

I think you have so select it from the right-click context menu on the NPC.

You can kill neutral NPC's if the server/module settings allow you to. In the single-player OC and expansions you cannot do it due to the default server settings.

You would have to edit the modules with the toolset. I would warn against this, since killing NPCs can break the game completely...I know, I edited the game so I could kill the stupid ranger from the OC...man I hate that guy...
