Ok, i finished Watcher's Keep today, and now im heading back to the desert town to the monastery. Any general tips on the final battle? I doubt its harder than the one on Watcher's Keep Level 5

You're right that the whole thing is easier than the WK ending. The only advice you really need is get back to Amkatla and then immediately jump to your pocket plane and rest and prepare with basic buffs, then go back. There's a lot of small stuff you'll have to deal with.
And remember that there's at least 3 different ways to get into the monastery, one of which is Elminster's advice about Saemon.
Have fun

Amkatla is a great name for a BG city...
I believe the most important advice for the final battle (after Balthazar) is to go and buy as many spell scrolls (and healing potions) as you can carry. The final fight is a multiple stages battle and you're not allowed to rest inbetween. Use the scrolls first, because they are cast at a lower level - you want your real power conserved to the very end.

Wish scrolls are your best friend in that battle.

Are you playing with or without the Ascension mod? Without the mod, the final battle is simply a marathon, but it should not be too hard. If you're having trouble, combine Projected Image with Wish (put scrolls in Quick Slots for more castings) and Wisdom-increasing potions to rest between (or even during...) battles. Bring a lot of potions and regeneration items if you don't want to waste spells on healing.
