I purchased the game with upgrades.  I have the redeem codes but have already redeemed them.  I had a HD crash and had to reinstall the game, but now I can't get my upgrades again, because the system says that the redeem codes have already been used.  How do I get my upgrdes again?

same kind of problem here i got 2 email adresses i redeemed my codes on the first one and i play on the second on, but now comes my problem: i cant use the special dlc because i already activated the cerberus network code on my first acc is this fixable or not?

i have used the redeem code from dragon age origins to get the armor for mass effect 2 and the armor is no longer available to me.
